driving post op ?

Hey girls just wondering how long you all left it before Driving again
I have my post op check up today however I’m only 5 days post.op just wondering if I should arrange a lift or if ill be okay
I can move a lot more freely now however still get a twinge in my right boobie if I take my arm a bit too high

Be nice to know what u all did 🙂

They advise 2 weeks before you can drive. I did drive 3 days post op but only because it was 3am and there was a family emergency. Didn’t do it again till 2 weeks though as it was hard doing manouvers and changing gears x

I’m now POD 18 and I drove once over the weekend. It was OK but I did have to swap hand when changing into 5th gear. I’d definitely say wait until 2 weeks post op (at least)!
