Dropping and fluffing, how can you tell?

Hey ladies,
My swelling has gond down which has depressed me so much as I was expecting bigger, but they just dont feel it. I wanted D/DD but feel as if im a C.

How can you tell when they drop and fluff as I cant really tell bar from theu have shrank n gome down a bit?
Do moderate partials get bigger when they do this??
My left boob looks ok but right boob not so much, but that was my smaller boob.

Im stressing as I noticed they dont change them if you are unhappy.
