Getting Rhinoplasty Any Tips?? Dos/Donts

Hi there getting rhinoplasty soon just wondered to all that know about it or had it done if u have any words of wisdom and advice lol

Be prepared for swelling that can shock you abit with cast and when it comes off! Carry on sleeping upright for as long as you can helps with swelling loads! No direct sun like sunbathing for atleast 9 months! Take it easy dont do too much even when you think your ok your not so make someone your salve haha xx

Try to not put any make up on it either as it seems to aggravate the swelling more no sunglasses for 4 months or like going to theme parks stuff that will knock your nose ! Yep I had open and a alar base reduction xx

Ohh thanks have added hope thats ok 🙂 how long not to wear makeup? EEshk worst nightmare LOL

you can if you want to but dr gonchior always told me to try keep it off the nose so your not touching it I wore it though haha xx
