Girls who took strapping off early?!

Hi girls just wondering what was said to / about girls that take the strapping off? It’s so tight and feels like it’s ripping the skin under my armpit!! I have trimmed it down but I just want to get it off .. Any advice?? X

I managed to keep mine on but like you I hated it, under my armpits were so sore, I had to loosen it and keep wiping with tissues. It’s to keep them supported and pull them together to help enhance your cleavage… Not all surgeons use strapping tho. Xx

It’s driving me crazy it’s peeling off under one are and far too tight under the other I have red sore lines 🙁 x

The nurse took mine off on POD5, was such a relief, felt like it was getting tighter every day 😊 xxx

I’m so close to taking mine off its painful but I don’t want to get wrong when I go in for my one week post op x

I decided to were my Macom over the top of strapping as nurse told me to! Anyway by day 3 I honestly thought my breasts were going to explode!! My PC rang me to see how I was and when I told her I had Macom on, she said take it off as that’s what the strapping is for! I soon flung it off and felt a millon times better…so sorry for blabbering what I’m saying is stick with it you will find your breasts are really swollen and strapping is pulling tight..swelling will reduce and you will feel more comfortable..pull strapping loser under arm that’s what I did. Xx

I took mine off! It was burning me and even after antihistamine wasn’t calming down. I’m so glad I took it off

I was allowed to take mine off 4 days post op chick call your nurse in the morning xxx

What did your nurses say at your one week post op?? I’m so scared hah but tbh it needs to come off its doing more harm then good x
