Going it alone??

My op is this weds will I be ok on my own? My bf is dropping me off and picking me up but won’t be staying will I need help dressing or anything as I absolutely would hate that ha xx

Hun u will b fine ur hardly ever alone.. my hubby was there and even then the nurses were fussing over me xx

Aw you’ll be fine. I had my mum with me but the nurse helped with my sports bra. It ws nice to have some one to talk to when i came round. 🙂 xxxx good luck!! Xxx

As long as u have someone at home to help u.
I’m day 2 and know where near capable of being on my own
So main thing is u have lots of help at home x

I went on my own, was an over night stay and my mum picked me up next day. Staff were brilliant and I was well looked after.

I’m going to be going on my own…my hubby has to stay him to look after the kids….he’s going to pick me up after.

You’ll be fine hun my bf came with me but we had a massive row beforehand so didn’t talk for most of the day. He just hogged my hosp bed, controlled the tv and ate my food lol. Good luck! xx

Hey 🙂 I was in yesterday my mum dropped me off in the morning so I chilled most of the afternoon on my own then my fiancé was there about 15 minutes after I’d come round, the nurses are fantastic and help you with your bra and if it wasn’t for choosing to come home in leggings I would have been able to dress myself, quite shocked how much I can do on my own but still lowering on to my bed and reaching is a no no. I’m home alone today so got my breakfast and dinner on the shelf I can get to in the fridge and my partners left glasses and cutlery out lol. Just don’t do too much but you’ll be fine 🙂 xx
