Hi, Is it not because you havent been able to brush or wash it properly and now that you have loads of it is coming out? When I was finally able to wash mine loads of my hair came out.. I just put it down to because I hadnt washed it for a week!!! Minging I know but I couldnt! Hope this makes sense ?? Try not to worry as this might make it worse!!
