Sorry for this rant I need help! I started as a 32a and I had 335cc HP unders. As I wanted a “natural D cup” I just went to Debenhams today 3w1dpo and have been measured as a 32DD as I needed an unwired padded bra for work (mechanic leaning on stuff hurts my boobs)

I’ve never cried so much never even when I had small boobs!!! My boobs look tiny… tbh I don’t care what size bra I fit its what they look like that bothers me. When I look at them from the front/in the mirror they look perfect, round and lovely but when I look down at them they are ugly and small! I’ve tried on loads of different tops/dresses and I feel so uncomfortable. It looks like I have nice boobs then when I put the bra away from my chest BAM the nipple and the furthest projection of my boobs is right there.

I saw my surgeon at 2 weeks 2 days and I said they’ll drop more won’t they? He said no they will no drop much further than they are now. I want my boobs to be natural and have a bit of “sag” where they sit on my chest like an orange they won’t fill the bottom cup of a bra.

Is anyone further than 6 weeks and in normal wired bras yet? How does the boob fill the cup? Also can you wear push up bras? I can’t imagine how I could wear a push up bra won’t it move my implant? I don’t know what to do… I can’t afford another surgery now but this is it. I’m just wondering if il ever fill a cup properly (because I don’t have a sag) or will a push up bra work without damaging my imlants? Sorry for the essay there was nothing much my surgeon could say in terms of size as it’s done now he gave me the D cup that I asked for that’s it xxxx

thank god. It just scares me people say they drop a lot and my own surgeon told me they won’t drop much more than they already have so I should believe my surgeon but I don’t want too. Have you worn a push up bra yet? I think I will need one to give me a nice cleavage as I don’t get that atm xxx thankyou

I would seriously think about your decision to wear wired bras at such as early stage if you don’t have the all clear fro your surgeon. There’s a reason they tell you not to wear them so I wouldn’t ignore it.

I’m surprised your surgeon said they won’t drop much more when you were only 2 weeks 2 days post op. I’ll attach a weekly comparison photo of mine from weeks 1-6 and there is still dropping after week 2 but don’t know how it compares to where yours are at the moment.

I bought a wired bra at around 8WPO but I’m not in them everyday and my breasts fill the cup completely. I don’t have cleveage or much volume up top but that’s because of my breast anatomy. Here’s a picture of me in a bra today. You’re not advised to wear a push up bra post op for 1 year (I think) but preferably never as they can displace the implant.

You will eventually fill the cup properly but remember that the final result can take up to 1 whole year, so 3 weeks is way, way to early to be judging what you have.

    Stay positive.

    Xx

I’m just worried if there small now then they always will be small. I know what I’ve got is better than nothing but I would rather have my tiny boobs back with a push up bra they looked like what I have now.

I’m not wearing wired bras, i was told I’m allowed to wear non wired bras so I bought a non-wired bra today but with padding for protection. Your look really good Imogen!! They look really soft. I’m gonna hold out I’m seeing my surgeon on the 6th February. Really hope they change as I don’t wanna feel like this for up to a year (if that’s how long it can take to heal) before he says oh you still don’t like them ok xxx

Sorry hun I misread the bit about unwired.

They won’t grow in size but they will fluff and with fluffing comes fullness. The implants will be less restricted because your chest muscle softens which in turn will give you more projection. I started to experience this after week 3 and you can actually see the difference in my picture from week 3 to 4.

Don’t forget that just because it takes a year to achieve the final result it doesn’t mean that they will look like this for 11 months and then change. They will continue to change every day, week, month without you even noticing and then you’ll see it when you do a comparison picture.

    Xx

My surgeon told me the same thing, and I’ve noticed changes monthly since then 🙂 Honestly, don’t worry, I was told at 8 weeks mine wouldn’t drop anymore, but they have naturally sagged a tiny bit, that’s made them seem more natural, and that’s down to them becoming softer, which can take a year. Yours will do the same, i have no doubt – 3 weeks is so so early in the process xxx

Nikkita our surgeon told me they would drop more between now and 6-12 weeks I don’t mean this in a bad way but are you sure that because your feeling so emotional at your appointments your absorbing all the information correctly? Also you need to wear a support 4/5 sports bra for 6 weeks 24/7 not just any underworked bra you need to wait for next apt for sign off for that I just don’t want you to mess up your implants until they are settled. From your photos I think they look great and when they are in a proper bra they will look fantastic I’m sure xx

@julia007 yeah I spoke to selina today and she said I’m allowed to wear non wired bras Hun, I could never find the right padded sports bra so opted for a padded non wired bra to start wearing at 4 weeks when I go back to work next Thursday. He definitely said to me they won’t drop much more than now as I told him about this forum and how girls are saying they’ll drop… I double asked the consultant on the phone today and she said they won’t drop as such but will fluff and the skin will stretch more and then my boobs will fill a bra nicely, she’s also going to get back to me when she finds out about push up bra (to wear after 6 weeks of course) I’m hanging in here she said to wait until I see the surgeon in February as they are still changing etc. I’m fine with everything they look great etc just not as big as I wanted so I’m gonna let them grown on me lol xx
