Have you had over the muscle implants with a lift?

I’m finally going to change my 20 year old implants and I’ve been advised by one doctor that I should go over the muscle because of the encapsulation I’ve had. I’d love to hear from people that have gone over the muscle route with a lift. And to see pics if you can share! Also if anyone has the teardrop shaped implants. So much to think about! lol
