I have been reading lots of forums and looking at lots of photos which helps but I would really like some advice, I’ve included a photo and you can see I have very small flat chest! (I’m going to take my nipple bars out before a while before the opp) I have my first consultation in Leeds Wednesday – because of my small chest, not much excess skin / tissue I’m wondering if I should have unders or overs? Overs as I’ve seen some girls say they make the boobs closer together? As mine are quite far apart already but I’m also thinking unders as I’ve heard they look more natural and I don’t want them to look stuck on :s and since they’re so small I know they’ll look quite stuck on anyway. From what I’ve seen 355cc/375cc looks good on girls who seem to be around my size but I’m so scared as I see some girls say they haven’t seen a change after surgery and there’s still seem small! I’ve also seen people mention teardrop and soft touch? Are these more expensive options/do they make a difference? I’ll be so grateful for any advice / photos,

    Thanks so much
    Rach xx

Hi Rachel, id wait and see what the surgeon says at your consultation. I didn’t have a choice with mine, he said overs. I’ve breast fed 2 children though so my boobs had stretched a bit so I had the extra tissue to go over. When I first started researching I was set on having unders, as i thought overs would look to fake and I didn’t want that look, but I spoke to my surgeon mr Traynor and he assured me they wouldn’t look fake even though I had quite a large implant. I’m now nearly 3 weeks post op, I’m 5″7 size 10/12 and had 450 overs, there looking more natural day by day. Feel free to add me to see my other pics 🙂 xx

If you don’t have much skin or tissue to cover the implant they will put them under, no argument about it lol. Wait and see what the surgeon suggests babe. If you want to close the gap you could always get mod plus implants rather than high profile as they are wider and create more of a cleavage too x

I’m almost certain you don’t choose Hun. They decide by how much breast tissue/ skin you have . If you havnt got much. It will be unders Hun . The surgeon will look and will let you know. xxx

Wait to see what your surgeon advises! I’m currently a AA cup and I’m having 300 overs in July. My surgeon says that I do have enough tissue to have overs (which shocked me lol!) I’m sure your surgeon will suggest the right thing for you. I wanted unders as it seems to be the done thing….especially with smaller girls but my surgeon has reassured me that overs are the right choice and also less recovery time which is good for me due to me having children and a physical job. I’m also having high profile as I’m a size 4-6 and he explained that they are slightly narrower (I’m very petite so my chest width is small) good luck with your consultation! Xx

I also have extremely small boobs I could honestly be mistaken for a boy if some1 just seen my chest. My surgerys booked for 8th of may and I told the surgeon I want to be natural c/d he advised go for 350cc but has ordered 325 350 and 375 for surgery day but defo going for 350 as I think girls who say they think there too small after having these from the photos I think wow I’d be so greatful to have those… I’m not too worried about being a bit smaller over time as from what I have now anythinngs going to be a big change. I just want to look and feel like a woman again as after 2 children my usual a cup has gone… if ur like me as u say u defo will have to go with unders which is more recovery but if advised by the surgeon I recommend u take his advise as they know best. I’ve also been told I’m having high profile. With having a small chest I also asked surgeon if I’d have a huge gap as I felt I had 1 and he said no no and pushed my skin together to show me the gap I’d have. Et u can’t wait for ur first initial meeting/consultation I had to wait 5 days and I was so so exited I had total boob brain 🙂 good luck and know that all us women are dif shapes and sizes so even some1 who has the same frame and stats as us can look so different. We all have different results xx

I was an empty 34b, we know my skin is very stretchy i went up past a 34DD in pregnancy but after feeding all the volume was at the bottom of my breast so i had to have unders and i had high profile, i have quite a gap too and im hoping it will close more over the coming months, the option of moderate was never suggested to because i needed the projection more, your surgeon will suggest what is best for you and if you feel the suggestions are not what you had hoped for you then have the option to seek the opinion of another surgeon xxx

Rachel, I wanted to say that the type of the implants position must not affect how close your breast together or apart. What defines it is your anatomy – your natural distance between breasts basis and correctly chosen implant. The base of the implant should be the same as your breast base. Your distance between boobs should remain the same.

    Hey!
I was a 34A and I was given 550cc Partial implants. I’m only 13 days post op but ive attached a picture. I wanted mine very big.. and that’s what I got! Your surgeon will know exactly what’s right for you.
    Good luck xx
