Help in pain :(

Hi girls
I had my op nearly 7 weeks ago, my right boob is settled but still feels a bit numb under neath which I guess is normal. My left boob seems to be sat higher like it hasn’t dropped as much and I think that’s normal too cos they heal at different rates. My right boob is fine when it’s touched or any pressure is applied to it but my left boob is awful. Every time any sort of pressure is applied on my boob like giving someone a hug etc I get this excruciating pain through it. Does anyone know what this might be? I’m really worried and it’s causing me a lot of pain xx

@ginamartinexo Hiya, I couldn’t hug people at 8 weeks post op properly either – it took a long while for me to be able to hug my boyfriend!
As you’re getting such bad pain I would give your clinic a call and request a call back from a nurse just to talk her through what you are experiencing and put your mind at ease x

Thanks abi, I’ve spoken to my nurse today and she said to take ibuprofen and to rest up for a little while. Just worried me cos I’m so far on but I suppose everyone heals at different rates n the 6 week is just a guideline. Xx

Hey Hun, I’m nearly 6 weeks post op and mine are still quite sore – I guess some people just recover slower! Hope yours is feeling better soon and hopefully it’s nothing to worry about xxx

Thanks girls just think my lefty is taking longer to heal as it still looks slightly higher than the other too. Hope your all healing well 🙂 xx
