You can use vitamin e cream on your boobs to help with the skin stretching but don’t touch the scars until 6 Weeks my surgeon told me hun xxx

I agree with Nikitta and Claire hun. Im on the way back from my 4 wk check up and got told not to put anything on them at all. Just leave them to heal and wait til 6 wks as u could possible do more harm than good.

Any advice you get amd you feel to take on board is best checked with ur nurse who will advise on what ur surgeon suggests as all differ same.way different surgeries provide and give different guidelines for after care. You don’t want to compromise ur healing or final outcome.

I still have scabs and the cream or oil could seep into them causing an infection or bad reaction. Not really worth the risk in my opinion

Your scars look fine girl don’t stress. Try not to touch them either! Not directly anyway. Make sure their hydrated with a liquid at least in the shower. They will feel a bit weird of course as the tissue is still forming again and rebuilding. I healed pretty quick so my surgeon said after my 3ish weeks cream was fine but if they look too raw then just leave them to keep healing. Xx
Honestly they look fine and normal. Everyone heals at a different pace

Hey Chelsea, I’m 7 months post op and my scars feel bumpy on the inside, but have largely faded on the outside. It’s okay, its either the stitches haven’t dissolved away on the inside yet, or its hard scar tissue, both are to be expected x
