Hi girls, I had mine done on Friday after contemplating it for about 6 years and about 6 consultations!!I am going through the emotional healing stage at the moment but I do think that I wish I had done it sooner, I’m only 28 but so should have done it when I was 22/23 so I had more time to enjoy them lol!! The actual op is so simple it is over and done before you blink so I wouldn’t let that part put you off as that probably the easiest bit! xx

Which surgeon did you go with? Im worried about the healing time afterwards and being able to look after my little girl, going to back work etc :-\ XX

I had Dr schiavone at Droitwich hospital. He is really nice, quite straight talking but knows his stuff. The nurse at the hospital said he had done about 20 BA’s in just that hospital last week!
How old is your girl? It would just be lifting her up that you couldn’t do really. I have taken this week off work to be on the safe side but I work in an office so could have probably gone back sooner. The pain is nothing like I thought its ok, the first few days are just draining and you don’t want to move much but now I am ok to move around but just can’t lift or reach for things xx

Hey sam how’s u? I have got my ba booked for 3 weeks today. Really excited but really nervous too. I have been wanting it since I was around 20, but decided to wait till I had had children + I kept putting off phoning. I actually had a ba booked 2 years ago, but I chickened out as nerves got the better of me. But this time I have come too far. Let me know how u get on x x

Hi Eva..My little girl is 5…so wouldnt need to lift her but i will need to get her food and entertain her…do you think I would manage?! So excited for my consultation Saturday…what happens?! are you happy with how yours are looking?
Awww Sam, youre proper childhood sweethearts 🙂 is he supportive about your BA? My boobies are so flat at the top after breastfeeding and have shrunk to an A cup from a C…bring on new boobies!!!

That’s just what mine were like as I lost 3 stone a few years back went from a size 14 to a size 8 and needless to say my boobs emptied and I just looked like I was all chest 🙁 You’ll be ok to get her food etc just for the first couple days you need to just take it easy and won’t feel like moving your arms too much as its sore but it’s gets better quite quickly, first thing is the worse as the pain meds have obviously worn off overnight and take a couple hours to kick in.
Is it your PC consultation or your surgeon one? xx

@louise my boobs r the same as ur after bfeeding. i went in thinking i need implants but got told a lift was needed to so just keep open minded cus i was gutted x

Oh noooo i hope i dont need an uplift 🙁 🙁 is it the surgeon cont sultation that you found that out? Ive just got my initial consultation on sat…not sure what it involves tho! Xx

Girls, I’m so the same! I’m 34, I’ve had 10 children pmsl I know! So don’t worry about not coping! My oldest is 11 and youngest, 11. Month old twins. Along with a 22 month old and the rest!! I am healing fantastic! I’m coping very well! Today, day 5 partner at work, I have sons friends around and I’m on my own :-b. first few days u need help xx after that just do basics and no lifting (heavy/within reason) I don’t wish I did it earlier, I wanted my family finished. I wouldn’t want them done to then have a baby. But I’ve had dreams for so long :-D. No pain killers either xx you will cope, coming from the biggest wimp alive xx ps I had an uplift, it worried me about scars but I’m not caring now! I’m not after a man just want my woman shape back n anyway, if I ever did need a man lol I’d just say something shit like I had a reduction pmsl xx

louise my surgeron told me i needed a lift its not for ur pc to tell you x the pc will just talk u through prices ovee night or day stay what hospital anwer questions u can choose what implants u want ect x

So do all the surgeons achieve a different look? Ive heard that mr traynor likes natural, someone else is good at big and someone else the glamour model look etc? So confusing lol. xx

I think Mr Singh did Jordan’s last ba (or so I heard) – but he likes the big boobies 🙂 x

As Becky says, there all fantastic at there job! If u take a pic of what u want they will do it xx I think some like different looks! Wonder if they have a squish at there work afterwards haha xx

Sam when I went to mine I just told what I wanted and he did it lol!
I said I want to be a 32D, need to fill this bit but don’t want them to look false etc and he got it, they really do know what they are doing and have an eye for what will suit you and your frame and the look you want to achieve. Xx

I’d just google pics of the boobs you like an take a few, see what each says you will need to achieve it. I’m sure you’ll have a preference of which surgeon you prefer. If u tick notify me of follow up replies via email it will alert u when someone has posted a comment xx

I completely stress the uplift. I’ve been waiting/wanting mine for too many years. Too many kids and years of breast feeding later I had deluded myself into! I will only need implants! No-way am I getting an uplift! The scars! And a bit of vanity of I don’t want people knowing there fake and u can hide the under scar but not the uplift one. Anyway, I got the uplift, I’ve not seen the scars and tbh when I got told..,, gutted was an understatement!!! But amazingly it’s now done and I’m fine about it. It’s a lolly pop one, u could ask if they would do the doughnut one (if needed obviously) but its just round the nipple. Anyway good luck n touchwood it’s not needed xxx
