Highgate station is on the Northern line but I don't know how far away the hospital is from it, I have a feeling it's a bit of a walk from when I had a look a few weeks ago

Yes you can go to Highgate station on the tube. There are lots of stairs and it's about a 20 minute walk but if you take the booklet the nurse will give you at your pre op, it has a map on the back which is easy to follow x

Has anyone got a complaints form for HighGate hospital please? I had my BA on Saturday and thought their customer service was awful. From the receptionist on the front not even giving me eye contact, to being seen by 6 different Nurses!!! all of which never spoke to each other and shared information. The one nurse in particular made me feel like a child and practically shouted at me, so un professional even to the point of staring me out when she was leaving the room all because i got dressed ( which no one advised me that i couldnt) my partner wasnt even offered tea coffee or even water, he asked for a menu at 9.30 and still didnt receive one by 12.30 when i returned from surgery where i phoned myself to order us both lunch. Dr Fallidhar was brilliant and im very happy with the results but disappointed with the service.
