   I am at highgate on 17th too - Dr Adamo - been told I need to be there 2pm and staying overnight as I am coming from South West

   I'm not going in until 14:30 for mine (on 20th) so could be quite late by the time I have it done. I was thinking about going to the gym in the morning, on the day, do you think this would be ok? or would it put my body under unecessary extra stress? xxx
