how long do i ear my sports bra for?

hi girls, does anyone know how long im supposed to wear my sports bra for as im not sure, thanks xxx

Hi 6 weeks 24 hours a day. I’m 7 weeks though and still wearing it until I see my surgeon on Thursday just to be safe. I was also recommended to wear it at night whenever possible to look after them 🙂
