How tight

How tight does your sports bra have to be day after your op mine dosent feel very tight bit worried x

I had my op yesterday with Dr trainer so he dosent use strapping so just got my sports bra on it fastens in the front but dosent seem like it’s tight enough.My op went really well was home after a few hours.x

what back size bra did you get same size your now or bigger/smaller? i’ve gone for the same size as i am now but now i’m worried i’ll be the same! xxx

I just got a large sports bra but the nurse said it was the material because it’s stretchy but I’m using a 36e sports bra now and it feels tight at the bottom I can’t win lol xxx

aww no i’ve got the macom ones my sis swore by them when she had hers maybe have a look at there website there’s a 15% off discount on here too think its “mybreast” xxx
