I am all confuzzled - 460cc or 525cc + which sports bra is best? 1month till BE

Hey Ladies,
It is not long now till i have my BE from a 36B and was hoping for a DD or E cup. my Surgeon Mr Chantarasak said i could either have 460 or 525 overs. Has anyone else had these done as i have a month to decide. Does anyone have any advice or photos? I am size 10 5ft 5 but i have big ribs and broad shoulders.

Also sorry to be a pain but going sports bra shopping is really confusing what sports bra do you recommend? Someone said primark but are they any good from there?
Please help.

Hi hun

Go on macom medical com they are amazing and are what MYA recommend. Dont buy a cheap one as this is one of the most important parts of the healing process. They are only £35!xxx

A small is a 32 back, medium is a 34 back and so on. The cups are expandable so you dont need a cup size which is usefull seeing as you will have swelling one minute then gone the next xx
