Implants and mastopexy

I have seen a ps and he recommended this procedure for me I have natural empty d cup I want to be a full DD/small E. he recommended 260 under. Is there anyone out there that can share their similar story? I’m nervous about scars and what the recovery will be like. Also 260 was a lot smaller than I expected x
