Incision pic plus still so bruised and I took arnica!

My boobs are so bruised! And swollen but I saw the nurse and she says the incisions look good and normal so thought I would upload a picture to show you all how they look. Pretty neat just sore!!

I took arnica religiously and still so much bruising so if you havnt taken it don’t worry I think it depends on your skin. X

1 week Hun!! Feel a tad swollen right now but going well xx

My bruising was awful too love and lasted 5 weeks – but it does go 🙂

Ahh yeah they do don’t they,

Yeah I feel good just had my first proper shower haha! Without soup on them though as instructed. What about you, you excited ? X
