Initial consultation and medication question

Can anyone tell me what to expect at my Initial consultation please?

Also do they request a letter from your gp to check any medication issues etc? Or do they go off what you tell them?

At your initial consultation you will meet your PC (patient coordinator) who will basically just talk you through the basics of the procedure, show you a few before and after pictures and then she will recommend a few surgeons and you pick one and book another consultation to meet your surgeon. Not much happens at the initial consultation. MYA will get in touch with your GP to get your medical history to make sure your fit for the op, hope this helps xxx
