I really want to have a breast enlargement and have thought about it for a while, I just keep reading so many negative posts and people having complications years down the line, is it really worth it? I’ve seen so many great pics on here which gives me confidence to go ahead, but I’m just not sure. Any advice?

@rebe Its just like anywhere of course your going to get good and bad everywhere, i havent had my surgery yet but everything i have received so far is fantastic if you really want it then you have to trust in what your going to do x

Yeah you’re right, and when I see the fab pics on here it makes me really excited to think I could have that same look. And when I tried some of the implants on, I felt amazing, couldn’t believe how I looked! But my husband is a little against the idea because he likes me to be natural, and is also worried about if something goes wrong so I think that’s also playing on my mind. After speaking to my advisor yesterday I feel assured that the mentor implants are really good quality and I have heard lots of good things about the surgeons, just need to pluck up the courage x

@Rebe I had Mr Kazzazi and he’s really good at the natural look, I love my new boobs and in a couple more weeks when they settle you won’t even be able to tell I’ve had them done in terms of looking like a boob job. I think as long as you don’t go too big they will settle nicely into shape, and I haven’t had a single complication so it’s hard to say if it’s worth it if you do but I suppose it depends how unhappy you are with them in the first place x

Thank you all for replying, and being so positive, I think I would be exactly the same grabbing them all the time haha, and I bet it’s so amazing to be able to wear any bra set and actually be seen in a bikini I wouldn’t dare at the moment and only underwear I get has to be ridiculously padded, so yeah I am really unhappy with them as they are, kind of feel inadequate! Jay, it’s really good to hear that you had Dr Kazazzi, what was the clinic like? And the procedure only having sedation and local anaesthetic? xx

The clinic is pretty small but very clean with lovely staff, I had my own room with a bed and a chair for my dad to sit in. The anaesthetic and sedation was fine, I don’t remember anything after they put the needle in my hand until they woke me up. It knocked me out afterwards though, took about 4 hours before I could keep my eyes open for long enough to go home and I woke up from the procedure crying which is very odd for me but they said the medication can do that to you xx

@Rebe, they are on a number of posts but I’ll attach them again. Any questions just let me know. Mr Kazzazi is pretty quite but if there’s anything you want to ask him he’s really helpful xx

Oh sorry for getting you to post again! Thanks for sending them though and for the advice, they look really natural and even. Can’t see any scarring either which is really good. My consultation is in a couple of weeks, I’m just worried that because he likes the natural look, and i don’t have much breast tissue, that he might say 375cc unders is too big for me, but if I do go ahead I want it to be worth my while, and noticeable in terms of size if you know what I mean xx

Not at all sorry I didn’t mean it like that 🙂 no the scaring is tiny and I have to lean back to see them! What size are you now? I think I could probably have pushed him to 375 but even 350 felt too big for me! Ha let me know how you get on xx

@jaybr90 good news about the scars means will finally be able to wear bikinis on holiday and no one will be any the wiser ? I’m currently a 30B. I don’t want a really fake effect, but I would like them to be round and to be quite big about DD. I’m going to show him some photos of the look I’d like to achieve and will just have to see what he says! Hopefully my medical history won’t get in the way, just read a thread about that happening, I have asthma but very well controlled and have been anemic but all ok now xx

@Rebe, hopefully it won’t be a problem and if you tell them upfront it shouldn’t slow down the process. I’ve just been measured today at a 32 E but I don’t think they look as big as that xx
