    Hey girls
So I had my strapping off yesterday and today got my mum to clean off all the stickyness from my back as it was so itchy. I haven’t yet washed my boobs and to be honest I’m really scared to, they feel so heavy without the macom and still numb to touch, I’m a really squeamish person so it makes me cringe to the max. Thing is my boobs are so so sooo itchy today and I can’t bare it!
Has anyone else had itchy boobs and is there anything that can help?
    Thanks xxxx

Hi Hun, I didn’t have strapping but I wear the breast band and my god it’s itchy and my boobs feel such relief when I take it off to shower but all through the shower I’m itching like mad! I try to ignore it but it’s annoying. I’m 19days post op xxx

hi have you tried taking some piriton .. it was only my shoppin list of things to get as advised for the itching, but i didnt get itching .. i was sqemish to about the touching , but apparently showering helps u to get over this as u get used to them. Ive also been applying oil to keep them soft, after the shower.. or without the shower .. this will help the itching too, you can just unstrap the macom to put on instead of taking off completely if feels more comfy for you – oh actually my back has been very itchy and i notice flakey skin in the macom, ive made a point of washing the bra and chaging it daily so now not so bad,,, x

yeah i have noticed some flakey skin on my body near my boobs, which is slightly itchy, i wash my bras daily so swap them everyday after my shower so there isn’t too much flakey skin but only a little, it must be that your skin there needs some air xx

I think ill start doing the same, iv only got macoms though. I want to buy another bra but no idea what one to get. I’m gonna shower today so they’ll get some time to breath, as long as i can bring my squeamish self to wash them lol! xxx

I’m thinking about getting one of the M&S bras but can you see the zip through clothes? As I don’t want it sticking out at work but have heard really good reviews about them xxx
