    @ellagaughan I hope you don’t mind me asking but do m&s use the old method of measuring under boobs and adding 4 to get band size, the reason I ask is that I’ve always thought I was 34 cos I measure 30″ but now I read that that method is outdated would I be a 30 or a 34? I’d like to order a sports bra online as I don’t feel upto a trip to town to get measured, thanks in advance 🙂

    @emmalouise1989 Hi hun, I’m 5 weeks post op and was told I could get measured around 6 weeks. X

    @beakysbird
    I measured a 28 underbust and the lady added 4 so I’m a 32 …. I’m wearing a 32 sports bra a 28 would squeeze me X

    I think the plus 4 method is very outdated
    Would make me a 36 and even a 34 I have to wear on the tightest hook and it’s still got room x

    It’s all very confusing Kelly, I’ve always had a 34 cos I went with the +4 method and had to wear it on the tightest hook and it would ride up but I thoght that was cos there were no boobs to hold it down ha ha! I think I’ll send for a selection of sizes and see which fits best. I find it all depends which shop they are from too, I read that this method was way back in the day and that most manufacturers don’t use it now? :-)x

    @jennifer1990 hi babe! You will Deffo achieve a DD no problem if not bigger. I was in a 34f at first with all the swelling. Happy healing babe! 🙂 xx
