Also does everyone think waking up in the morning the most painful time ? Xx

Echo all your thoughts girls. I have a back rest but I get on better with a V pillow made of memory foam propped up with 3 pillows underneath it. One on each leg of it and one straight across underneath. I slept much better last night. I put my arms under the long sections so that I can put my head on its side on one if them. I’m just wishing each day away at moment. It’s very frustrating and uncomfortable. Happy healing girls . Hopefully the 4th day promise is true that we turn a corner and then it’s all improvement!? Xx

I’m on my 4th day today, the pain isn’t as bad it’s just I feel I get really tight and cramp up when I’ve been lay down for so long. I did not expect it to be this painful xx

Hi girls. I got cleared at 14 days post op that I was allowed to lay down. Although I did start laying down from about day 12 I could NOT deal with the numb bum any longer!!! Happy healing! I’m a month post op now and have no pain whatsoever (touch wood) xxx
