Anyone have real trouble with getting in contact with the Manchester clinic? Messages ignored, phones not answered, when you call the main line and manage to get through to someone they say your coordinator will call you back and you don’t hear anything?
Turn up to an appointment and they are always running 30mins minimum late? Very fustrating when you are trying to make a big decision and want to trust your provider!
Anyone experiencing the same?! Or am I just having bad luck?
