I think they look great. How many weeks post op are you? They look maybe a few weeks in so quite tight and a bit swollen. Your find as they soften and drop they will lose the tight shiny look and look natural. Honestly they look good

I’ve not seen it before but your still in the very early stages of recovery. Your own breast tissue will still be firm and it could just be that your left breast tissue is taking longer to soften which is why it’s not got much lower pole.
Hopefully your nurse can put you at ease when you see her tomorrow.

Hi Hun, I had surgery with MYA in 2014! I’m having revision surgery for double bubble and scaring with Traynor on 8th of Feb! If you’re not happy keep going back I did for about 12-18months and had second opinions etc!! Hope this helps! Xx

Ladies I’d really advise for you to contact your nurse and email pics for reassurance to have appointments to double check the condition of your healing /implant if ur concerned about double bubble.

None of us are professionals and tbh I think especially for newbies or those about to have surgery it could really worry some.

The slightest change can be nerve wracking and cause a lot of anxiety some girls are more fragile than others.
I’m saying this not to undermine anyone at all cos all concerns are valid of course and sharing helps to educate.

But please bare in mind some people are not Mya patients and tbh any issues could reflect on Mya surgeons unnecessarily.

Double bubble and all other possible after op possible issues are fully explained in the paperwork provided by Mya and also you can look up images and get see advice surgeons have given to patients on realself.com you can also speak to a nurse on the emergency line if your a Mya patient.

This forum has been an immense help to me for the past several months but I really believe if u have a major concern you should voice it firstly to the professionals as sometimes sharing and getting misinformed can do more harm than good to everyone.

I’m saying this only in support and not out of malice at all! I’ve seen at least about three posts regarding double bubble today and having a ba is quite stressful and anxious as it is. Really hope everyone’s ok and it gets resolved. Happy healing fxxx

@fran32 I 100% agree, I was just thinking the same thing
Even though I’m a nurse I still wouldn’t feel confident saying it is or isn’t
It’s best to leave it to the people who know the answer 🙂

Still wont let me upload but if anyone is on instagram, i made the mya instagram yesterday for progress pics, 4days 4weeks and 5weeks. They change so much so as the nurse told me they take time and patience to settle. So im assuming i dont have double bubble x
