Hi everyone (long post sorry) I thought I would do a post about my story as it helped me loads reading everyone else’s and seeing their progress through start to finish.
I am 23years old with 2 kids. My before pregnancy breast size were an 32E and then during pregnancy went up to a 34G but now 1 year after having my second baby my boobs are down to a very empty 32dd.
My confidence had just gone completely and I felt so depressed at time I couldn’t even look at myself or let my partner look at me.
I told my boyfriend for months how I felt and he said am perfect the way I am and I don’t need to get a breast augmentation.
I eventually bucked up the courage to start looking into getting a BA Done ect. I contacted mya and transform.
I more wanted to go with Mya at first as my friend went with them and her boobs are perfect but I still went an had a meeting with transform so I could get a feel of different surgeons and who was best suited for me.
I eventually choose to go with dr Ali at transform. He was just so lovely and funny give me so much confidence about myself and offered me the best way for me to get to my perky fuller breast which is uplift with 265cc Hp implants.
My surgery was originally booked in for the 14th August but I was so desperate to get them done he managed to fit me in on the 3rd of August 2 weeks from the day I meet him.
So that was yesterday I had them done I was so nervous that morning but once I go there I got taken up to my room for settled in and then meet all the people who was going to be working with me and they was all just so lovely and funny they made me laugh and taken all my nervousness away and replaced it with excitement and happiness, I got to transform at 10am and went up for my op at 1pm and was back 3 hours later. Soon as I come around the first thing I did was look at my boobs and think wow is this actually real I have amazing boobs 🙂
I didn’t really have much pain at all it just feels like pressure and tightness.
I felt a little bit dizzy and sick but they give me somthing to take it away instantly and then I was eating 15 min after.
I am now 17hrs after op and feel absolutely fine. So far of what I can see looks absolutely amazing and am so please.
I will put photos up before and after and through out the year with how they change ect.

Oh wow they look great. I am gunna follow your story. I’m getting mine done on 6th sept. My boobs are quite similar to yours before and I haven’t had kids 🙁 I am also torn between 275cc or 300cc implants so will probably end up a similar sort of size to you. What do you think you’ll end up? I am torn because I don’t want to wish I had got bigger implants and them to feel small cz I’ve always had big boobies but equally I have always wanted to wear the low cut tops and side boob dresses and don’t want to go too big that I can’t wear them. Will maybe just let Dr Traynor decide on the day. Happy healing and keep us updated 🙂 xxx

Hi terri. I am actually quiet happy with my size I should be about an E. Yeah am the same I want big boobs but don’t want them to big and restrict you for wearing certain things. I can’t wait for them to start dropping and fluff.
I just told my surgeon the outcome I wanted and he just said 265cc would get me what I want so I listened and trusted him. They know better than we do at the end of the day 🙂
What size are you now? Xx

I’m an empty 34D and would ideally like to stay near this size. Max I would want is an E. It’s so hard to tell because everyone seems to go to different sizes even with the same stats beforehand and same size implants. Bodies are strange things. I am so excited though regardless of size just to not be ashamed of my boobs for the first time ever 🙂 xxx

@terri your defiantly right implants are so different to each any every person but o would just listen to what you surgeon sugues to get the best out come you want.
Are you all prepared for the 6th ? Are You staying in hospital for the night?

Not prepared at all. I have one Macom bra which I am not even sure fits?? It does fit but I don’t feel particularly supported by it and feels just comfortable like a very relaxed sports bra at the moment?! Oh and I have paid so most important part done. Just want it to be here now. I don’t think if I am a night case or not and am not sure how I would know or not! ? No one has mentioned that I am a night case so I assume not lol! How are you feeling today? Happy so far? Xxx

Hi terri, I was an overnight case for my uplift. I thought this was standard so I’d check. Xx

I have a Macom bra and I love it. Once you’ve got your new boobies in it you will notice the difference how it hold them.
I’ve only got 1 but am going to get a sports bra for when my macom is in the wash, they’re meant to dry really quickly.

Did you not get a sheet with all your info on ie your appointment date, surgeon. Hospital and if it’s a night stay?

Most people Witt uplifts and implants have to normally stay over.
You won’t want to go home 🙂
You Get treat like royalty 🙂 xx

Oh what a plonker I am. It says length of stay is 1N. Happy about that actually as I don’t think my poor boyfriend could cope with nursing me for the first night ha ha. Just feel a little bit more safer knowing that I am there for the first few hours afterwards as my drive home is about 2 hours. Thanks girls ?

Yeah I am going to order another Macom so I can alternate between the two. They must do the job if everyone recommends them. I might take mine with me to my pre op and ask the nurse if she thinks the back size is ok or if I should go down a size. I am absolutely dreading not being able to wash my hair. I can only get 5 days off work afterwards (I only have a desk job) and I think dry shampoo is awful and only works for 5 minutes so I am dreading going in to work at 5 days with greasy rotten hair ? Never mind the new boobs will be worth it I hope! Xxx

Hi terri, I booked myself in for a wash and blow dry at the little local salon after about 4 days. I was sat with all the granny’s but I felt so much better for a bit of pampering. I always find my hair lasts longer after having it done at the hairdressers than when I do it myself so it lasted me a good few days. It really was a lifesaver! Xx

Yeah they will look after you right up untill you leave. I was an hour in the car going home . It wasn’t to bad really just ask your boyfriend to avoid any bumps lol. Take a pillow to put inbetween your boobs and seatbelt.

I ended up going to the hair dressers to get my hair washed . My boyfriends going to help me tonight washing it over the bath. Just hold onto your boobs while he washes it over the bath. Lol

They look great. I’m having a uplift with 265cc implant on the 25th of this month. Are yours high profile and over the muscle? I’m having textured soft touch as well. I love the way yours look, that’s the kind of look I want x

Hbh can I ask what size macon bra you ordered, I’ve got a sports bra on at the moment im usually in a 32/34 , I’ve ordered a 34 back in the macon bra but now the 34 sports bra I’m wearing seems tight, I’m thinking I should have ordered the 36, but not sure if I’m just a little swollen

@terri thank you 🙂 I am so pleased with them. I was really worried thinking I wasn’t going to get the look I wanted cuz my boobs where so saggy and a lot of stretch marks but I couldn’t of asked for them to be better . So far so good 🙂 won’t be long untill you get your new boobs 🙂 you will need to let me know how you get on ? Xx

@DEE thank you. They’re higher profile and over the muscle an textured . Xx

    @claire
mine was a 32 back . If your more a 34 before the op I would stick with 34 macom as they do stretch to your swelling.
When did you have your surgery? Xx

I had my surgury yesterday, my macom bra hasn’t come yet tho, I’m wearing my friends bra atm but I don’t think there is enough support as its a 36 f, mine are hurting in the middle at the moment which is making me think I need better support xx

@claire i have a M&S high impact 32dd sports bra I use aswell and it’s really good. You might be best getting somthin sooner untill your macom bra comes as that’s probs what’s wrong. I only get pain when I take my bra off and I don’t have the support.

When is your macom due to arrive ?

The macom bra are life savers. So comfy and easy.

I just had my first post op check and had my bandages off and nurse said I don’t need them put back on as they’re healing really well. Plus I am aloud to shower from tomrrow morning. Did not think I would be able to show or out of bandages this early 🙂
I will take some photos tomrrow once I have had my first shower. ??

Yea you are really lucky, can I ask how you were feeling a few days after, I’m usually very active, but since the op I’ve just been feeling tired and a little sick, I don’t really feel like eating n it’s making me feel quite weak, just wondering if anyone else has felt like this? X

    Hbh 2

    Menu

I know I really was expecting to wait untill about 4 weeks untill I could shower.

The first 2 days I didn’t really do anythin and just slept and didn’t eat as I felt really sick and light headed but I though it was the painkillers I was taking so I stoped taking them and I started feeling 100 times better and started eating and getting about.
Get out in the sun as much as you can to get your vitamin d . I can’t keep still for to long either as am an active person normally.
If your not in a lot of pain try just get out for a walk. Makes you feel so much better 🙂
How are you managing to sleep at night ?
    Xx

I did wonder if the pain killers were making me feel sick, I went out for a walk the day after my op, but yday I just wasn’t feeling like I could make it with out passing out or being sick, I’m sleeping okay I’m in more pain in my lower back/bum mpre than amything from sleeping elevated. I have just woke up and I’m not feeling sick so that’s a bonus, I keep forgetting I am only 3 days post op lol, how many days are you?

    Hbh 2
    2p

    I’m 8 days today .
Yeah I hated how the painkillers were making me feel. Just wasn’t worth it as I didn’t really have any pain what needed taking away.
Yeah sleeping sat up is the worst thing 🙁 am not sleeping as high now.
    Just had my lovely shower.
My boobs look so strange looking. Almost square at the bottom. Plus one of my nipples are squint lol.

I’d say marks n Spencer would be the best place, or any bra shop like boux avenue, I can’t wait for my check up on Monday I just want to know how they are healing, you just don’t know anything with the bandages on do you x

Hi girls how are you all getting on? Healing well I hope and happy with the results so far? My op is two weeks yesterday starting to get super nervous now! Can’t wait to have lovely boobs though! What are thoughts on your implant sizes now they have had time to settle. Torn between 275cc so I keep weight on the uplift to a minimum but 300cc because I still want to be in proportion and feel curvy! Xxx

Hi Terri, so happy with my results, I had 220, moderate profile, one is healing better than the other but it’s still early days, originally I was a 32e, then lost weight to an empty 32d, I’m glad I haven’t gone bigger because I didn’t want to be any more than an e cup atm i’m in a 34e sports bra, I’ll try and attach my before and after pics for you, I feel mine are in proportion they just look how they did in a padded bra

Yea it really will ll be worth it, I haven’t tried a bra on yet, I’m still in the macon bra, definitely get one or 2 if you haven’t already, but they literally don’t move atm, I know they will drop slightly, but im so much happier, it’s amazing to actually feel them at the top because before I had nothing

You might need your dressing changed again if it’s gone right through, I’m sure it’s fine, just be careful and don’t do too much movement, I’ve been using my right arm loads and I can tell it had had an impact on its healing.
Glad you are pleased with them
