Hi girls I had my strapping of today and the nurse said my sports bra was a bit baggy. I’ve bought two already my M&S one was to big so then I tried and Asda one and she said it wasn’t holding me enough. I’ve ended up with a primark one it was actually in the sale and it’s smaller cup size than I wanted to be but it fits perfect and holds me so well, there on sale in there at the min was only £3 , I just hope it’s not holding me to tight and I live 2 hours from my clinic so not like I can pop in but surely them being held in place will be better, any way I will add a photo xx
