No strapping

Hello girls, I’m 2 days post op from a 32AA to a 32C (255cc) and don’t have any strapping on. I’ve started wearing my sports bra now though, should I be wearing it 24/7 or should I be giving myself little breaks taking it off inbetween? Thanks x

Yes babe 24/7
Every couple of days its nice to take it off for a couple of seconds or when youre changing bras
Tbh tho I hate the feeling of not having one on even for the 5 minutes of showering x
