    Hiya

    First time ive been in a car since my op im 4days po. Is it normal to feel like fluid or bubbles swooshing around while holding them? I was holding them so tight i didn’t want them falling out lol xx

    Hiya hun, yeah this is normal I had this for the 1st couple of days it’s just the implants settling in! It’s such a werid feeling isn’t it!! Xxx

    Its horrible feeling. Get so many odd twinges but i thought this may be a bad one xxx

    When you lift your arm I found it worse! It’s passes though it’s just the implant settling in, the twinges are your muscles n everything just reconnecting wouldn’t worry just take it easy your only 4 days post op 🙂 xxx

    Im finding it hard to do nothing lol. 8day po i have family meal to go to 10day po i gt drive and 11days go back to work! !!! Xxx

    I know me too it’s frustrating doing nothing isn’t it! I can’t wait to get back to work! Be careful driving too xx

    Hello:) ive got my op date 10th april and i only have 10 days off back to work on 20th! Is this enough time to recover??! :/

    Hi @georgia what do you work as?
    Im now 6 days po and work in an office i go back to work 11days po strapping off tomorrow i think ill be ok xx

    Im a teaching assistant, but i dont pick the kids up or do any heavy lifting of any kind just panicking because i cant book time off i just have school holidays!.. Do you feel okay now then? Xx

    Hi Georgia, I had my BA in December and am a primary school teacher. I think we underestimate how physical our job is ( I teach F2). I had 2 weeks off and really struggled when I went back to be honest. Had a very smooth recovery no severe pain or anything but simple things made me really tired and uncomfortable. I think you’ll cope if your recovery is smooth but you will need support from your colleagues. X

    I had this too like a squigy feeling but like u can here it strange it’s the fluid settling round ur implant so my nurse sed.xx

    Thank you for the advice:) but i think im just gonna go for it with the 10 days off i really dont want to wait until august for the next long school holidays!:/ xx
