Omg !! Tearing

Any post op girls have this. When I move it feels like I’m tearing open burning ripping.
It’s only on my left side when I move !! It’s horrendous.
I hope it’s normal. Please if anyone else had this can u please share x

Omg hun! I had this so many times at one point i thought i had ruptured my boob!..i was tryung to pull myself up and i had a sharp burning pain!! It kept happening for over a week im 3 weeks post op and its gone now..still get a little throbbing pain now and again but it will go away babe..its so worrying at times xx

I get it too only in my right boob when I get up sometimes it’s awful! It’s exactly as you describe it if I hold my boob it doesn’t do it tho!! Xx

Thanks girls so reassuring that other people have experienced it.
Normally pain is what it feels and with this it’s deceiving really feels like it’s tearing open.
Yea mines ok if I hold it. Yea always when u pull myself up or stretch to much.
It’s so bloody sore can’t wait for at least this first week to be over.

I thought that I’d torn my incision open!! Turns out I just knocked it. The burning sensation actually means they are healing so try not to worry. I am 2 weeks PO and this sensation does not occur anymore x

I have had this sensation a lot over last two days strapping off Tomo which I am dreading is gonna pull incisions open when taking the strapping off

I’ve had exactly the same in my right boob up by my armpit. Some days it has felt horrendous, a burning-pinching sort of pain. I’m told by friends who have had BA this is completely normal and nerve pain. This time last week I thought it would never end, now I’m 11 days PO and it has settled down loads. Just the odd twinge every now and then which I am assured will stop with time. Patience is key apparently! xx

Yes sounds as if it’s quite common. Can’t wait to be pain free.
Keep telling myself worth it In the end x

Yes girls I hope so does strapping removal hurt ? Those drain killed me being moved esp on left side my most painful part so far

Strapping removal was absolutely fine. I dreaded it coz of how painful drains we’re but it’s nothing like the drains. You’ll be fine 🙂

I had my strapping off a week ago. Thankfully I was so hot and sweaty it meant it was falling off by the time I went in. I ended up with blisters which were like burns and are a pain especially with my skin completion!

They have scabbed and fallen off just hope they fade soon…

Babe I got well bad burns from the strapping its ripped my skin off so sore it’s weeping! Has yours healed xxx
