Hi all I had my op at the natural look clinic in Doncaster with Dr Kazazzi on 5th August. My admission time was originally 10:30 but was moved back to 12:30 due to an issue at the start of the day. I hadn’t got the voicemail but it was ok me and my husband went and dad a bit of shopping and called at Costa where he had a coffee.
When we got back to the clinic I was shown to my room – really clean. We put the TV on and then I noticed my implants on the desk still all boxes up ready and waiting for me. The nurse came in and did all my observations and gave me my pre led about an hour after arriving I put on my gown and sexy stockings then the anaesthetist came through ram through what was happening then Dr Kazzazi came in to draw me up – 5 mins later I was walking to theatre. It was so surreal as up until that point I hadn’t really believed it was going to happen. I was placed on the bed then had everything attached to me – dr Kazzazi came back through to resize me and then I woke up! I don’t even remember starting to fall asleep. I had twilight sedation but don’t let that scare you – I was very much asleep and don’t remember a thing. I can’t really describe how I felt when I woke up. I want to say in pain but I’m not sure what that is – they warn you it will feel like a lot of pressure because of the implants but that that will ease. Best way to describe it is that it felt like I had just done 50 chest days with my PT at the gym in a row! When I woke up I burst into tears and I don’t even know why – I kept apologising to the nurse for being so stupid but she said it was just the anaesthetic and not to worry. I was taken back to my room and asked to drink some water once I’d managed that I got some coffee and toast – heaven as it was not around 4:30 and I hadn’t eaten or drank in hours. I got given some more meds got dressed had my obs done and was discharged. Everyone was lovely and answered any questions me or my husband had. Dr Kazazzi said any questions before surgery and I said please look after me – he said that I can guarantee!
About an hours journey home for me of which I slept most of then home and relaxing. I’ve woke up early hours this morning with what feels like very hard stuck on boobs but I do have lots of strapping so I assume some of the tightness comes from that. I’m very jealous of you girls who can look at your new boobs straight away – I need to wait a week. I’m slightly panicking that I can’t see them as I don’t know how to tell if something is going wrong. I’m not sure whether how I feel is normal etc (I’m sure it is) but it’s helped if you can see them I suppose.
Anyway I’ve uploaded pre and post pics and will update further throughout my recovery. Which app do you use to cover your nipples in pics? I can’t find decent one.
    I am 32 11 stone was a 32/34 c/d and had 450 HP unders.

Just to add to Kelly’s post my admission time was 8.30 but the girl prior to me was in longer so I didn’t go to theatre until 11.30 even though I had sedation it is the same anaesthetic as GA which I take longer to recover from hubby took a pic of me and I looked awful lol. I couldn’t swallow the toast it just got stuck in my throat so just nibbled it and washed it down with water. My boobs felt OK but my shoulders were agony from being strapped down I ended up taking CoCodamol before bed, had a lovely sleep had 3 pillows and cut a v pillow in half and had one under each arm so comfy and didn’t slide down bed. Everybody at natural clinic were fantastic and looked after me (and hubby) really well. My stats are Age 56 (your never too old!!!) 36B/C I had 400 Mods round expect to be 38E 5’6 11 Stone Sooooo Happy ???

Congratulations girls? I am 6 days po today and having my strapping off later, try not to worry about what’s going off underneath Kelly I was told you would feel quite unwell if there was something bad going on, believe it or not the first week goes quite quick! My right has hurt more that my left from the first night melissa and I was told that is completely normal by the nurse, they will probably heal differently. Really glad you had a comfortable night angie, we will have to have a catch up later xxx

Who were you with Melissa? Are you right handed? It’s my left that feels slightly more tender – strapping makes it feel unbelievably tight.
Thanks Kat that’s reassuring and good luck for today bet you can’t wait to see them X

    Hi Claudia,

Stopped taking meds yesterday as was making me feel woozy – still taking my vits, arnica and antibiotics but no pain meds – I feel ok chest just feels as though someone is sat on if – relief when I’m at a 45 degree angle – getting lots of tingling sensations in both boobs but I’m reading that as a good sign. Really looking forward to getting the strapping off!
How you are feeling is perfectly normal even after the surgery you will go through a wave of emotions I know I have – we are at different hospitals but if your care is like mine you will be absolutely fine. Good luck and let me know how you get on. This time tomorrow you’ll have your new girls! X

    Hi Kelly,

I had my op yesterday late afternoon, I came round in a bit more pain then I had expected and it was only in my left I’m still getting it after pain relief so they think that is the drains which will be taken out this morning! Not looking forward to that part lol!
Apart from that I was very calm the whole day by the time I had the op I so hungry I didn’t care all I thought of was food!
Managed to get a few hours sleep but the meds I am on made me feel like I am floating.
I got a bit teary when I saw my mum and husband so I cried for a sec but that was more because I have big boobies now.

I’ve attached an after pic sorry for the long response! Hope your feeling ok and healing well xx
