Hey girls how did it go?
Mine went well, I went for a long walk before the journey home and just been for a nandos and cinema! Keeping mobile defiantly helps!xx

Mine went really well! I woke up crying and shaking tho!!!:( and it did hurt to begin with and hurts now as Iv just woke up but so far the results are amazing I’m shocked !!:):) I stayed over night though so just waiting to be discharged in an hour or so!!! How have yours gone! Hope you have a good recovery xxx

It’s definitely more painful this morning I think! I’m also waiting to be discharged, can’t wait to get home!!

I’m pleased it went well for you both! I’ve still got no pain and I’m not taking any of the pain killers unless I really need to, as they can cause sickness and constipation! I went out again yesterday, keeping mobile defiantly helps! How are you finding sleeping upright?xx

Aww glad to here ! I do have pain and in taking everything they gave me but I’m feeling sick and blurred vision so it’s not too good for me atm just getting on with it !! And sleeping upright is a nightmare too! I’m waking up during the night and having to shuffle back up into a more upright position and it’s so uncomfortable ! 🙁 not great right now 🙁 how are you finding it ? Xxx

Aww it’s probably the medication that’s making you feel like that! The sleeping is okay, I just can’t wait to sleep on my side again! I find I’m waking up earlier and my back was hurting this morning but it’s okay now. It’s just a case of trying different positions with the pillows isn’t it!xx
