Overs or unders did anyone else have a choice ?

I’m due my surgery next month with mr traynor I’m 5″11 and currently a quite empty 34 b/c he has offered me over or under the muscle and I’ve ordered 425/400 and 400/375 has anyone had the choice of either and are they happy what they chose or anyone wish they had chose another or just are really happy they chose what they did? I know what the pros and cons are of both mainly I want natural look and them to last as long as possible but I am hoping to have more children (I’m only 25) any help is much appreciated xx

My friend had overs for about 3 years then had a baby and she’s said hers have sagged loads and she hates them and they need redoing. Not sure if this happens with unders but might help your decision xxx

I was borderline uplift and had overs. I had 425/450cc high profile overs. I have one child already. I’m actually starting to wonder if I should of had unders to have the extra support of the muscle. I wasn’t really aware of this before and now 3 weeks post op I’m wondering why I didn’t consider it. I think I would go for unders although I’ve had a perfect recovery and no pain with overs which is great whilst trying to look after a toddler! X

I’m pretty sure I want to swap to unders now don’t see why he offered me either , he did say if he was me he would have overs, would be OK if I lived closer and had time to see him again 🙁

i am actually i little worried now im having my surgery two weeks today! i really wanted to have unders my surgon said no because i would have a double bubble. I am a empty 32 B they are tiny! litterly tiny but he said they have dropped! he refused to give me unders as he thinks i will have a double bubble.. By looking at my boobs i really rhought i would of had unders because theres hardly nothing there, so i was left dis heartened?
But decided he knew what he was talking about so overs it is.. i love the look of overs but just worrid of sagging?!?! I dont get it how you can be offered overs if you have a bigger breast size than me 🙁 anyone eles had this issue/???? xxx

@sarahlouisex who is your surgeon? This is why I don’t understand why he offered me either when In my mind there both different , that’s what I’m worried about with overs and mammograms and added complication risks. Im going to try see if I can see my surgeon again I think 🙁

@sarahhhh hi hun, when I met my surgeon he told me I would be having overs which I also was shocked about due to thinking I don’t have enough there for overs. Most girls who do get overs either need an uplift or have had children so I’ve been really worried about going over so I’m going to meet my surgeon again next week to see if partially under would work with me. Your surgeon knows best, I’m sure if he didn’t think overs would look right he wouldn’t tell you to have overs. I’m just going to see my surgeon again due to him not fully telling me the reason for his decision ect x

@sarahhhh who is your surgeon?
I had 34B boobs before my surgery and i had the choice of either unders or overs, i chose to have 450cc HP unders, as there is less chance of rippling and sagging, i also have 2 children so i lost abit of fullness from the top of my boobs

Hi, I saw Mr Traynor last week. He suggest unders or partial unders for me. He seemed to think they were a more natural looking choice. I think he wrote down partials on my form tho- he bases on your body size/shape I think! Let me know if you find out anything more as I’d be interested too 🙂

Hey girls my surgeon is me Marcellino! I basiclaly said to me there is not way i would ever giv you unders. but i have to go with what he says im sure they will be better than what i have now!! He that my breast tissue would create another boob basically over the muscle bit wjere the imlant would be, he said if i was to have uners i would need more work done. but said i would regain my fullness and have volume back if i have overs and said the result would be good. xxx

@ellie Thank you that’s what I think the only thing that worries me about unders is the Clevage gap and my boobs sagging on top of them like the snoopy look, I’ve got a lot more worries about overs , I’ve added you to see your results X
