Pain

Hey girls!

I had my strapping off yesterday and am now in a sports bra, I also went back to work today.

I’m finding it really painful when I walk, do you think is this because maybe my bra isn’t tight enough?

My right one is more painful than my left too 🙁

I think I had my op one day after you, I couldnt imagine going back work yet ive got another week off yet, where is ur pain hun? My boobs dont hurt as such its more my incisions that are so painful ive had to put a bigger bra on because the smaller one was digging in my incisions, what size bra you wearing hun? Xxx

I had this problem and my bra wasn’t supporting me right so basically the implant was putting pressure on my Inscisions. As soon as I put on s smaller bra it stopped instantly x

Ahh I know but I work in tv post production so spend most my day at a desk ha! Been making everyone do everything for me haha!
My incisions are hurting and when I walk I feel like they are going to fall off! So weird!

Current wearing an m&s sports bra it’s a medium one not an actual bra size.. Thinking of changing it as that may help?

Going to get a different one tomorrow to see if that helps! Xx

@rochelle How far PO are you, a week? It will still be painful for a while yet hun. When I had my first BA I had 2 weeks off work and was still in a bit of pain then. Does your sports bra feel tight enough? xx

Yeah only a week!

I don’t feel that it’s tight, it’s comfy and not overly big but don’t feel that it’s that supportive

Maybe you should think about getting a slightly smaller size hun xx
