So my PC at the Chelmsford branch is ignoring me, I emailed her last Friday asking her to call me, called twice and left messages on Tuesday, emailed again Thursday and called again and left another message and still nothing. I want to bring my surgery forward and she’s just not answering. Feel like now I’ve paid my deposit that’s it, is this how the service is going to be from now on?
It’s okay – my PC ignores me too ? Haven’t heard from her literally she never gets back to me. Usually the girls on reception are pretty good if you call through to them they sort things out. Xx
Hi Louise, not sure if it’s any help but I was at the Manchester clinic for my post op check up yesterday and I heard one if the receptionists saying that they were dealing with all the calls for the Chelmsford branch. Not sure if they are short staffed or just inundated but if you call them they might be able to help. xx
Lol chelsea you have the same pc as me she never got back to me either, when i had my surgery done i tried to contact her but she never got back to me, i tried calling chelmsford clinic today as i had to cancel my 6 week check up which was today an it just went straight to voicemail, my whole journey went smooth thankfully but the communication is awful. Xxx
I can imagine how fustrating that must be!! i am constantly on the phone to mine making sure everything is all okay, im litterly the biggest worrier ever!
But i must say my pc is amazing! always reassures me and always gets back in contact with me! she also went on holiday the other say and text me if i needed anything to ring sarah (one of the other pc’s) so i did and she litterly spent half hour on the phone to me reassuring me, even invited me in the clinic to come and see her! 🙂 cannot fault the pc’s at Cardiff clinic!!!! If i need anything i text her and get a reply more or less right away. Fab xx
My pc never contacts me back. I think she hates me cause I asked so many questions etc. But I feel like a surgery you should be allowed to ask a lot of questions
It’s sad that so many of the PCs are like this! I’ve met both of the girls from the Liverpool clinic and they’re both amazing! Charlotte is my PC and always makes me feel great when I go in and wants me to visit her to show her how they turned out at my 1, 2 and 6 week check up and everything! And after my pre op I wanted to see her to try on sizes but she wasn’t in so I saw Lauren and she was really nice as well, telling me how good the sizers looked on me and stuff! Awful that you girls haven’t had great PCs 🙁 xxx
My pc at Chelmsford was exactly the same. I didn’t bother with her at all as she was pretty useless. Any questions I’ve had or worries I’ve gone straight to the nurse who has been fantastic. ️Xx
Have my surgery booked for 29th June and have been having the exact same problem. As soon as I had handed over the cash for my operation it became impossible to get gold of anyone all calls out through yo Manchester. Also worried about aftercare now too was told at my pre op that Nicola had left and they are short staffed so I don’t even have a PC now??
Ive just had a phonecall from some lady telling me chelmsford clinic is having all sorts of problems and another clinic is taking their phonecalls!! Her number is 07867454481 an said if anyones having any problems to text/call her an leave your first an surname xxxx
