please help 8months on. seroma, hematoma or split capsule

Hi ladies I hope someone replies with any experience. My right breast suddenly started to ache and swell in the upper Pole five weeks ago . Dr traynor diagnosed a late seroma or hematoma caused by trauma. But I haven’t had a trauma. He then mentioned maybe a split in my capsule causing the swelling and pain. Does anyone have any experience? He wants me to rest for two weeks and go back to see him to see if its improving at all. If not he will drain me.

I’m 8 months huh so my insicions are closed and invisible. Good tip about the bras I’ve had my macom on since I discovered the swelling.God I hope I dodon’t need it draining more than once, I’ve read it caused cc have u got that now? Xxx
