Hi all I’m needing help to start at the beginning Im 26 and child free and I used to be over 3 stone heavier and was a 36FF chest I have been left with 34c and a lot of loose skin. I was unsure of my options thinking I could have an implant to simply fill the empty skin to give me back a desirable bust, however I went to see mr Traynor yesterday and he says its not that simple an implant will just give me a bigger sagging chest 🙁 He suggested an uplift with small implant (mastopexy) He said they will be lifted slightly with a little more volume at the top which he thinks will be an improvement but I won’t ever achieve the look I am after. I have no idea what to do I am unhappy with what I have got but I’m worried if I go ahead with the surgery I will spend all that money, go through all that pain, and have all those scars and not be able to see much difference or still be unhappy…
Is there anyone out there who has had a similar experience who could offer any advice please or add me and let me see your before and after pictures?
    Please help me
    Thank you. Xxx

hi i am going to have an uplift with implants, aged 29 and had 2 kids, so my boobs have been from a nice DD up to F maybe bigger when breast feeding and now an awful saggy D, but i got told Mr chantarasak would be good, looking at what people are saying and what they said to me it is best to have an uplift! good luck! xx

I haven’t had a lift: but I actually need one, so being offered one and not taking it can leave you very unhappy,
I wasn’t offered one, but needed one and been left with a deformity that’s very upsetting 🙁 xx
