Pole fitness lessons at 5 months post op??

Hey girls Ive read the previous posts on this- there aren’t many- just wondering if anyone had gone back to/started pole class after their BA, how long post op was it and was it all ok?? Or aerial class?

Ive booked into a 4 week course and the first class will be 5months post op (275 overs)
I haven’t seen my surgeon for the final appointment yet as it was cancelled so turns out the appointment will now be two weeks after I start this course annoyingly as I would’ve liked to ask him beforehand – so any info/experiences greatly appreciated 🙂

My friend is a stripper and she went back to work on 6 weeks so I reckon at 5 months you should be okay. Xx
