So I had my op now a year and 10 months ago best thing I ever did!! I went from a 32b to a 30dd with 325cc under the muscle with Dr Singh. I haven’t been on here in such a long time but I wanted to reassure girls about having babies and breast feeding after your op…. I had my op in February 2015 and I fell pregnant end of August 2015 by accident but an amazing one now! When I found out I was pregnant it was a massive shock as I didn’t plan on having any more children I have one 7 year old already and after breast feeding him I wanted a breast enlargement as they were deflated, so this time my main worry which was so vain was I have just had my boobs done and I love them and what a waste of money?! I used to try and read every night the effects that pregnancy and breast feeding could have and worried myself silly as there was no real answers! I decided I wouldn’t breast feed but when I had my little girl that all changed and I wanted to do the same as with my little boy I breast fed her for 5 months and I can honestly say they still look great I wore sports bras and my Macom all the way through my pregnancy day and night and feeding and I feel this really helped when my milk came in it was definetly a little more painful and the midwife said this is Common with girls with implants and at one point I was worried as they looked huge but now I have finished they are back to normal I would say they are slightly more natural looking but actually I prefer that. Still one of the best things I have ever done! Xx

Very helpful post, thank you. I don’t have any children and just had an uplift and implants, so really good to know if I do decide to have children x

I also have had two kids and breast fed since having mine done and found they didn’t change much either. I put 3 and a half stone on each time going from 7 stone and that made no difference to them. I agree Kim, mine looked more natural after. The only thing is there becomes a gap between the implant and tissue from them obviously changing, no one would realise it, I didn’t realise it either other than thinking they looked more natural, it was only when I had them redone the surgeon said he would put 350cc in this time to fill it. I had 290cc last time X
