Post op bra

Hi girls.
He long do you have to wear your post op bra like macom after surgery? Is there a recommended length of time?

6 weeks day and night Hun then non wired bra for an other 12 weeks then whatever bra you wish after this altho my nurse said if you carry on wearing you post op bra for bed for as long as you can helps look after them xxx

Ment to say non wired for an other 6 weeks not can where wired bra 12 weeks post op xx
