Hey four weeks after ur op u should be back to normal activities apart from the gym. U will most likely still need some support from ur bra but u can check with ur surgeon /nurse as to the level of support that u will need. Usually a non wired bra or sports bra should be fine. Just be mindful not to get pushed or shoved in ur boobs or ur sides as they’re still early on and healing fx

@FRAN hi Hun. Ok wicked thank you. I just have no idea what I’m going to wear haha!!! That’s also what I’m worried about cause everyone would have a few drinks and it’s quiet enclosed.
Thank you Hun. Just added you and just had a peek on your boobs. They look amazing. Thank you for your help Hun xx

After 4 weeks i was told i can wear any kind of supportive bras, i got a few fabric ones from morrisons with small padding to hide the nipples. 6 weeks po i was told i can wear unwired bras through the day or go a few hours without one. i went out braless in a quiet tight dress and even after they hurt alittle to the touch the next day , may of just been swelling. if your nurse has said otherwise stick with what she has said.
