Rash on boobs 4WPO?

Hi girls, so I checked my boobies to find a rash has appear on both of them and it’s a little itchy. Does anyone know what this is and has anyone else had this? How long does it last for? I have started using stretch mark cream on them so I’m hoping it’s not that cause it never affected my boobs before the op.

I didn’t have a rash but at 6 weeks post op I found the skin on the side of my boobs was all dry and flakey! ? Anyone else get this?
