Really stuck :/ should I go for a nipple reduction with a BA?

Need some help, I’m going for a BA to take me from a 32D, hopefully to a E cup, I feel like my nipples are quite big so unsure whether to go for a reduction, or wondering if once I have the larger implants in, the nipple size won’t matter? Has anyone else experienced this when having their surgery??? X

Hi I’m not sure I can help much as I’ve always had really small nipples but since having implants they have stretched a little so they are now a little bigger, sorry I’m not much help x

I have quite large nipples and whilst yeah they stretch after the BA they do look more in proportion as my boobs are bigger. Unless you are REALLY unhappy with your nipples, I’d question if you want to go through all the extra for a nipple reduction. What do they do exactly? Has your surgeon offered u this then? X

Thanks, yeah that’s what I’m unsure of, they cut along from the bottom of your nipple to the bottom of your breast… worried about all that extra scarring, I am really unhappy with them but I’m thinking maybe once I have my ideal shape and size, I won’t be as bothered about my nipples. It’s a lot of extra work and cost!!! Thanks for your comment x

I would say my nipples are quite big it’s not worth the scarring for me , I have pics on my profile or if you want to add and message me I’ll send you some xx
