Hey guys I've joined this forum for a bit of extra info! Im having 380cc under implants in november and im going from a 34a to a hopeful D which is what my surgeon said I would end up being.
Im just a bit worried about under the muscle ive read that it can weaken and destroy you're chest muscle... bit worried to be honest! and that it will be really painful... obviously im going to listen to what the surgeon advised but I really need more advice!
please help lol!

Hi Hun, I have this same worry - I have not been advised what I will need yet but because Im quite small with no boobs I was guessing I may need the unders? Is this y u are ??....
Is it right that the unders give the more natural look too - Something else Ive "heard" but not sure if true??...xx

Hey, yeah he's said because im 5''4 and a size 6/8 Im going to have to have them under. Yeah they are supposed to achieve a more natural look he did say that to me. He also mentioned that they wont sag under the muscle which is also a good point. Im just worried about the pain and size lol!

im exactly the same stats as you (wow) ha ha & was thinking of having the 525cc.... I was worried he might say they are too big for my frame but we will see??... i have had three children so do have a bit of skin which apparantly means he might be able to do overs but to be honest i do want the more nat look so hopefully i can get unders too - who are you having babe??...

Hi, dont worry about having under the muscle, unders are the best in the long term they stay in place better for longer plus bcoz u are an a cup, if u had overs u would see the outline of the implant!! And u would probably not be able to have 380cc! I was a 34 a an i had 380cc under muscle an they look really natural! The pain was quite bad for first few days but it eased off so quickly didnt last as long as i had expected! X

hi natalie! ive had mine under the muscle and tbh its not half as bad as i expected painwise. your taking that many painkillers anyway. my 'pain' just feels a little stiff in a morning and by dinner its fine! and maybe get a little pain if you move your arm in a bad way or something but not bad at all!
i duno about destroying the chest muscles but i can honestly say i dont think mine are destroyed cuz i can in a way feel the musle tightening still when i bend down and stuff.
youll be fine theres nothing to worry about really i think

I know pinkfly7 it is weird lol! yeah I would of gone bigger given the option but he said because of my frame and breast tissue I could only go to a 380 cc
Lyns88 How big did yours end up? I want to have big boobs and its alot of money to pay to go only a cup size big etc (well in my opinion) I understand why hes doing it but I always thought i definatley didnt want it under the muscle lol! I want to go as big as I can for my frame xx

hi natailie. i had unders. i was in alot of pain for afew days (more than i expected) but its all worth it in the end. i think it depends how you handle pain anyway. and im a real wuss!!

Yeah I am expecting pain, I was laughing about it the other day saying how much i moaned about it when I had an injection in my arm because my muscle hurt! god knows what I will be like after implants lol! yeah you're right, no pain no gain. How did youre finished result turn out? what size did u go from? xx

I am having 380cc unders as I am about a sized 6/8 and only an A he said i will probably achieve a D or more out of that! im so excited to finally have boobs and looking forward to wearing bikinis on holiday next year! I think if you've got a bit of breast tissue they will let you have overs my friend had overs and they are great... still not sure about unders Ive not seen any pictures of them yet!xx

I had 340 partial unders, was a 30a now a 30dd-f depending where I go. I did find the pain was worse than I had expected and going by what other girls have said it did effect me a lot worse than them (I must be the biggest wuss ever lol) but I'm now 6 weeks on and back at the gym, running, lifting things (although the puppies do get in the way lol) but I feel totally normal other than the odd pull on my scars which will fade with time.
Its really just about powering through the first 2 weeks then you will notice such a difference, and it is sooooo worth it

yeah im exactly the same! i went from a 32a and had 300cc unders. only 4 weeks so havent been measured yet but wearing a D sports bra atm. ive got a small frame so really suit me. really happy with them

Hi peaches1987, I am only having 2 weeks off work due to it being a new job and I cant afford to lose it due to paying for the bloody things lol! Im a waitress too so really am worried about the time off but I am just going to have to rest nonestop for 2 weeks! Im a big wuss too so will probably cry the next day lol.

I thought I was having complete unders to but apparantly my muscle was too small lol. I went back to work after a week but am just a typist so just sat on my ass all day
I'm sure after 2 weeks you will manage though, just try take it as easy as possible hun.And dont worry about crying, I cried as soon as I lay on the table and woke up crying in recovery, then rang my boyfriend and cried to him cos I was all alone haha. You dont have to be brave just let it all out lol xxx

ahh I see how can a muscle be too small? im tiny so Ill probably end up the same lol! I will take it easy (I hope). Haha I will be like that my boyfriends taking me and staying with me so he has to put up with me constantly crying, I cried when I had to be put under anaesthetic for my apendix so Im guessing this will be the same! xxxxxx

It wasnt wide enough to cover the width of the implant so like most of it is under and the rest kinda out of the side of the muscle, sounds abit odd but to me they just look like unders lol.
I dont blame you hun, I just thought it was so scary and all of a sudden became real when I could see all the monitors and the nurse was sticking things onto me, I totally paniced, but the staff were great and she just stroked my head and said it would all be ok haha xxxx

hya natalie, was jus readin sum ov ur posts lol i had unders n was in quite a bit ov pain but nufin unbearable, i was a 28A n had 410cc this has brought me 2 a 28E, but thy dnt luk as big as thy sound! if u want 'big boobs' lyk u say u do thn u shud defo try n get a bigger implant than 380cc, my surgeon sed tht 410cc was th biggest i cud go because ov my frame, but i wish i'd found a surgeon tht wud've let me go bigger :-/ id email u sum pics but im completly hopeless wiv email n stuff lyk tht!! but ive got pics on sofemine.co.uk, ur welcome 2 hav a luk if u want, my username is jessica050688 n my album password is 410unders jus ignore th strechmarks tho lol! n dnt worry i dint get thm frm havin th BA! lol o ye n thy're quite wonky at th mo, but apparently ths is quite normal 4 bein 4wks post op :-/ xxx
