Recovery of unders??

How long til the pain goes away on unders I am 10 days post op still feel I couldn’t lift anything too heavy. Can’t get up from lying position.getting stabbing/ pulling sensation in incisions when I laugh or sneeze? My back is agony from dodgy sleeping and hunching my back,but can’t seem to stand up straight…..Obviously I know it all takes time but I’m back to work Monday as was only advised to take 2 wks off?? Anyone similar?
Also when I went for 1 week post op I wasn’t advised on massage or anything else to do between now and my 6 week check and have heard some girls say it was advised they do that 20 mins twice a day??

if you have textured implants don’t massage them!! they basically form a pocket themselves so just need to not be moved about until there settled. i massaged mine one night then read online its only for smooth implants haha doughnut so yep no massaging unless yours are smooth ones . And are you still taking your meds i ran out of muscle relaxants think they should provide more really but lots of water lots of protein help repair your muscles xxxx

Thanks girls… @ele- muscle relaxants? I didn’t get any what is it? I got antibiotics for 7 days and ibuprofen/ paracetamol five days worth? My boobs are rock hard still also,roughly how long til they soften a bit!? Xx

Hi, was yours strapped up? I got mine done a week ago today. I have Hp unders. I can do a lot more than I thought but I’m thinking that’s due to the support of the strapping. It comes off tomorrow xxx

Everyone is so different. I’m 9 days post op, I had 485cc tear drop unders and I’m driving again now, washing my hair and pretty much back to normal. Xx

I’ve had unders and I’m 4 weeks post op and just getting back to normal now. I went back to work at 2 weeks but I had to get dropped off and picked up as I stir unglued to drive. I still also get pains in my boobs but it isn’t half as bad as it was!x
