Researching for a nose job – please help!

Hi everyone, I’m new to this forum and want to get some info on rhinoplasty and the company MYA as I am looking into having the surgery done next year! Please can you all give me tips, information or just anything about having a nose job as I don’t have a clue where to start! Thankyou all x
