Sick constantly!!

Hi girlies had my op on Tuesday and was given amoxicillin paracetamol and ibuprofen but constantly been sick!! Can I stop taking these or??? Xx

Heyy give your GP a ring. I was given a penicillin free antibiotic cos I had a reaction once. The other night I was in agony, wretching but nothing coming up. My doc just told me to stop taking it and that we would deal with infection if/when it happened xx

I was sick constantly, my dr said would I like tramodal instead but that makes me worse so I stopped taking and just took paracetamol. I also stopped my muscle relaxants but she said do not stop taking ur antibiotics as when u get an infection you may not be able to get rid of it. That scared me so kept on taking them lol, I was fine once I stopped taking the pain relief xx

That’s brill thsnkyoun well that’s my problem, the amoxicillin prevents infections so if I stop taking it I’m kind of buggered ? Xx

Speak to your doctor regarding your antibiotics. Generally if youre throwing up it isnt staying in your system anyways. They might be able to change it for a different one. They only couldn’t with me cos I’m allergic to penicillin xx
