I am 10 days post op now and I pretty much have no pain anymore and they are feeling a lot more comfortable. I am still sleeping sat upright but I wake up about a million times during the night because I’ve slid down my bed, Im dying to lay on my side but I don’t dare incase they go funny or misshaped, has anyone else done this? Thanks ladies x

Your nurse usually lets you know when you can sleep on your side. I am 5 weeks po tomorrow and have tried it and it’s bit sore as it puts pressure on insiscions. To stop slipping wedge some scushions or bean bag under your knees it also takes pressure off your back.

My PC has recommended a ‘v-pillow’ for sleeping from Argos
