So, this questions goes for those girls that already have the BA. What do you feel after the surgery? Do you eat after like a normal day? Is usually not to be hungry? You just want to go home and become a kind of sleeping beauty till day after?

I have my surgery in a week time, day case, and I was trying to plan what is gonna happen that day and if I have to leave some food ready for when we get back home or something.

Can believe the day is getting closer!!!???

I had my surgery last wednesday. i was starving after, they give you toast and a choice of t and coffee and you will be so hungry it will be the nicest food ever haha!! i had a mc flurry on the way home too!!
I’ve honestly felt fine and had the same appetite. I didn’t feel that sleepy to be honest, i just went back to normal life.

Hello…I’ve just sent you a friends request…I’m 4hrs post op and still in bed at the Fitzroy.I also had Marcellino…he is a lovely man who really cares about you…There are a couple of photos on my profile as I am finding it difficult to download to the conversations at the moment. In answer to your questions…they give you tea and toast about two hours after returning to the room..I have also had a few bits more that I bought with me.I guess it affects different people in different ways…but there was no problem with my appetite…no sickness feelings…YET……At the moment no pain…YET…just feel a bit tired…feel free to ask me anything you want to.Good luck with your surgery…please keep in touch with your results….nothing to worry about…just enjoy your New Boobs…I am already..??

Hey I had my op this morning around 10am, and I’m very sore now! I had some tea and toast about an hour after surgery, followed by a few pieces of chocolate and plenty of water. I am in pain and my chest is very tight, but nothing unbearable. I’m very weak and tired, and feel a little lightheaded. When getting ready to leave around 2pm I had a walk around to find my bearings and was quite shaky, very lightheaded and felt sick. Ended up sitting in bathroom for a bit but the feeling went away. I feel miles better when I’m led down. Luckily I live in Preston and had my Op there so wasn’t a long way home ☺️
Good luck for yours, very exciting. ? xx

and I hope Your ok Bev and everything went smoothly xx

I couldn’t wait to eat after my op !! I was an overnight stay and my last meal was breakfast at 7am . My op was at 5.30 pm so was probably because I was so hungry X I was sitting in bed eating the curry and fruit salad I had ordered about 10pm lol admiring my new assets x

I generally felt really hungry and sleepy after for at least a day but had an uplift so was under for 2hrs. I was starving as fasted per instructions and went in at 10am but didn’t go for op until 3pm! I had tea and toast immediately nicest thing ever. My hubby had brought me some popcorn a cupcake and blueberrys. Which a ate thought the evening. I was also super thirsty and drank tonnes of water. I was an overnight case so napped on and off 5-11pm. Then slept til 8am on and off I was so tired but couldn’t get comfy upright and in one position and still had my drains in. I was very sleepy all the next day and had a 4hr drive which I slept most off but stopped and got a huge KFC and cake!
I would have some snacks, lil treats and things you will fancy ready its kind of like being poorly so be kind to your self and also need to eat when taking painkillers. Good luck x

My initial wake up..just after surgery to check your responsive..was a bit weird. The nurse said i was shaking uncontrollably though i was perfectly calm. I could hear her asking me to breathe..so i think they must have given me something to stop it..because i was making the machine go ..i woke up feeling great 🙂 x p.s anybody else had that when waking up? I had the shivers quite badly when waking up, I couldn’t get warm so the nurse put a heated fan in my covers with extra blankets. I couldn’t speak lol my jaw was shakin up and a down, but after 10/15minutes it calmed down and they wheeled me back to my room. Was still a bit shivery for the next half an hour but completely fine. I woke up also feeling great?. I think she called is the General Antespetic Shakes lol xxx
